The Coltri ICON 100 SH Stainless Steel compressor is a variant of the MCH6 compressor designed specifically to meet the high pressure air needs of diving, fire departments and small paintball facilities. It is equipped with a petrol engine.

The standard version of the MCH6 range is widely used and appreciated because of its compactness and low weight. It has been chosen by the French Army and the nautical and river brigades to replace all their compressors since 2009.

The STANDARD version is one of the most widely used machines in the world. It is equipped with a flexible inflation outlet, a drive motor, a robust compression block and a compact chassis with carrying handles. The chassis is designed for easy transport and this version can be equipped with optional purges and an automatic shut-off.

This version is suitable for users who do not have access to a three-phase power supply.

The STANDARD range is equipped with the MCH6 compression block developed by Coltri since the late 1960s. This block has been constantly improved to meet the performance, air quality and robustness requirements for use in extreme conditions.

The MCH6-V17 block is built to last. It has been tested under the most extreme conditions thousands of times around the world. This special version is perfectly sized to optimise efficiency with a 2.2Kw motor.

• Compression block quality

The MCH6-V17 compressor block is designed for long life and low budget.

All materials are machined from lightweight, high-energy alloys for increased reliability.

The ground cylinders have been ion nitrided to achieve high surface hardness for high resistance to wear, friction, abrasion and seizure.

The crankshaft is mounted on robust SKF bearings, which guarantee a long life of the block even in high temperatures.

The block is painted with a special paint that provides excellent heat dissipation and protection against external influences in salty atmospheres. The paint allows for easier maintenance when cleaning the cooling coils.

The 316L stainless steel interstage cooling coils are sized to ensure optimal cooling and allow for longer filter cartridge life.

• A compact chassis!

The welded frame of the STANDARD range guarantees a good cooling flow and protects the user. The chassis integrates the petrol engine, the compression block, the filtration system and 1 flexible outlet with DIN or caliper inflation connection. The epoxy powder coating provides effective protection in hostile environments. For the most severe operating conditions (marine environment), the compressor is also available with a stainless steel frame.

• Filtration for breathable quality air!

The STANDARD range compressor is equipped with several filtration systems to ensure air quality in compliance with the requirements of the EN 12021:2014 standard.

The compressor block is equipped with cyclonic separators on the 4ᵉ stage. The final filtration provides oil, odour and water filtration.

An optional pressure holding valve is available for industrial processes on fixed network.
