Ideal for professional users and large associations for the safe and standard inflation of paintball launchers.

This version is adapted to "fixed" inflation stations, i.e. permanently installed in a room.

The 2 x 50L buffer cylinder rack meets the regulatory requirements of the decree of 15 March 2000 on the operation of pressure equipment. The rack is equipped with a safety valve that complies with the CE regulations and is sealed. This mandatory valve is mounted in such a way as to protect the cylinders even if the rack's isolation valve is closed.

Delivered with:

• 1 COLTRI MCH16-ET Compact EVO electric 240 V/50Hz Paintball compressor set at 4500 psi equipped with automatic bleed-offs, automatic shut-off, oil level sensor, ventilation air thermostat and direction of rotation detector. (18,9 m3/h)
• 1 flexible compressor to buffers of 5 meters with DIN connection 300 bars
• 1 rack of 2 buffer cylinders 50L/300 bars TPED with stainless steel frame and collar.
• 1 safety valve in conformity with CE + certificate for the buffer rack (obligatory for the fixed stations)
• 2 independent purge valves for the buffer cylinders
• 1 set of connections and fittings for the junction between the 2 cylinders
• 1 pressure gauge for reading the pressure of the buffer cylinders
• 1 needle valve mounted on the inlet of the manifold and allowing to use the buffers and the station without the compressor.
• 1 professional stainless steel inflation station with 2 regulated outputs (1 output 4500 psi and 1 output 3000 psi). Possibility to have 2 outputs 3000 psi
• 1 3 meter connection cable with anti-whipping cable for the station (other lengths possible up to 100 meters)
• 1 DIN 300 bar valve with integrated purge SC000470 for the connection of the station to the buffer cylinder (allowing a quick dismantling)
• 1 oil can for the first oil change of the compressor.

Important information:

The regulation (decree of March 15, 2000) imposes that the use of inflation valves mounted directly on the buffer cylinders is reserved for "mobile" use only. It is forbidden to use this type of assembly on fixed stations installed in premises.

In the case of fixed installations, it is imperative to have cylinders with safety valves that comply with the CE standard and it is not possible to have the isolation valve mounted directly on the buffer cylinder.
